Privacy Policy of MBWorkers Vof
Last modified: 10 June 2026 · Contact: info@mbworkers.com
MBWorkers Vof (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Two roles
- As a controller we process data of website visitors and of people who contact us (see below).
- As a processor we process data on behalf of our clients when delivering our services. A separate data processing agreement applies; the client is the controller and determines purpose and means.
2. What data we process
- Website analytics: aggregated, anonymised data via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation), such as pages visited and broad origin.
- Contact and enquiry data: if you fill in a form, book a call or email us — e.g. name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Client data (as processor): the data a client provides for us to work with; processed only to deliver the agreed service.
3. Why we process data
- To operate and improve our website (analytics).
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver our service.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent — for analytics cookies and when you voluntarily provide data.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver our services.
- Legitimate interest — for security and improving our service.
- Legal obligation — e.g. tax retention.
5. Processors and subprocessors
We use carefully selected parties to deliver our service, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN and security.
- Google (Analytics) — anonymised website analytics.
- HubSpot — contact forms and call scheduling.
- Google Workspace / Microsoft — email and office software.
- AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and tooling — solely to deliver services to clients, based on the client engagement and the data processing agreement.
Where required, processing agreements are in place with these parties. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
6. Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes or as legally required. Client data we process as a processor is retained or deleted in line with the agreement with the client.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Where we process data as a processor on behalf of a client, please direct your request to that client; we will assist. To make a request or a complaint, email info@mbworkers.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system, however, offers a 100% guarantee.
10. Cookies
We use functional and analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for details.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on our website, with the date of last change.
